Monique Bozeman is a strategic and tactical marketing professional who focuses on marketing outcomes. Passion and a commitment to excellence characterize every engagement.

She has over 25 years experience helping organizations bring to market software solutions that improve the customer experience and deliver operational efficiencies and productivity enhancements.

Her technology focus and expertise is in voice, speech, telephony, CTI, CRM, call center, document management, email management, web self-service, and conversational AI technologies and applications.

Her extensive background includes serving in leadership solutions and product marketing roles in the U.S. and Europe at start-ups in the $3-10 million revenue range and companies hovering at the $500 million mark.

She has also spent half of her career as an independent consultant for start-ups and market leaders.

Her most recent vendor-side experiences was as head of product marketing at a Silicon Valley-based, Conversational AI start up. She’s also held senior marketing roles at pioneering callback vendor VHT and German start up VoiceObjects.

In 2002 she joined Genesys where she spent five years  as a senior member of the product marketing team. She was responsible for competitive intelligence worldwide and all go-to-market activities and product evangelist for the core of the Genesys suite.

Prior to Genesys she held senior marketing roles at eCRM vendor Kana Software (Verint) and document management and workflow vendor FileNet (IBM).

Earlier in her technology-focused career, she served as director of research and product development for Inc. 500 startup Information Publishing, which pioneered some of the first U.S. and European conferences, trade shows, magazines (Voice Processing Magazine) and market studies for the voice and call center markets.

Monique Bozeman has consulted for some of the most well-known enterprise software companies in the industry. She is a frequent speaker at industry events and a contributing writer to trade magazines. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism with a minor in European history from Southern Methodist University.
