Monique was many things at Genesys. She ran our competitive market analysis group, and she was awesome at her job. She was great at tracking competitive information on the web, with employees, from trade magazines, and also with her underground group of contacts. I would never ask how, I would just say "Wow."She was an expert on the competition, but that was the job she had. What she is really good at no matter what the role is first seeing the big picture, what do we want the successful outcome to be? Then tenaciously building the plan, bringing in the stakeholders to participate (selling them on the plan), and then executing on the plan. She was to say the least, very effective.
